Our Meetings & Event spaces combine a sense of occasion with all the flexibility and state of the art facilities that you would expect from one of Scotland’s most historic Hotels.

With a range of spaces to suit all requirements and budgets, our experienced events team will provide seamless support before and during your event. With capacities of between 12-180 people, and truly show stopping unique features like your own private outdoor terrace, we can help your event stand out from the crowd.

The Boardroom

Retaining almost all of its original features, including wood panelling and fireplace, this room is where the newspaper Editor would liaise with his team in order to finalise the publication for print.

The Jura

The Jura Suite is available on its own or combined with the Fettercairn to accommodate parties of over 200 people. The Jura features floor-to-ceiling wood panelling, the room is finished with ornate cornicing and customisable lighting to create an atmospheric space.

The Fettercairn & Garden Suite

The hugely flexible Fettercairn & Garden Suite is one of the most adaptable and well-finished private event spaces in the city. It benefits from a private bar, and an engineered timber floor and classic wood panelling in a neutral finish. Immediately adjacent, this suite also benefits from it’s own unique outdoor terrace. Concealed entirely from the hustle and bustle of the streets outside, it has its own weather proof roofing system and is fully heated, making it the perfect space to break away and take a breather.

The Scott

The Scott is a beautifully atmospheric space which has recently been fully refurbished to the very highest of standards. A fully flexible room, it lends itself to a wide variety of different uses. With ceiling to floor wood panelling and large windows to one side of the room allowing lots of natural daylight, it also benefits from a feature ceiling with chandelier detail, and muted heritage colours and textures throughout.

Alternatively our packages can be tailored to a bespoke option which one of our experienced events team will provide support with.

Minimum numbers required are 10 guests (groups lower than 10 will be quoted on a per person cost for each element).

Meeting rooms available are Boardroom, Jura Suite, Scott Suite & Fettercairn Suite.
